Delivery of items in stock is 3-5 working days. We accept full return of the products you are not completely satisfied with, if you inform us within 1 week of delivery and return it within 2 weeks of delivery. Please return them with recorded delivery for proof and we will issue a full refund of the sale price. Most of our products are handmade, our fabrics are hand screen printed on natural cottons, ceramics are handmade, therefore each may differ slightly from the photos in terms of colour and other attributes, and they also would have some imperfections in print, manufacture and cut. We do not sell any faulty items but only those items with slight imperfections which are unavoidable due to the handmade nature of them. Delivery costs are calculated on total order weight and is as little as £3 for UK orders under 1kg. For customs reasons we cannot deliver cushion pads to USas they are duck feather. We also supply lampshades only to UK customers. We prefer paypal payments as transactions are secure, refunds on deliveries easy and gives both buyers and sellers peace of mind.
